Located in Saint-Georges d'Oléron, the independent studio "Cozy Island Getaway" offers 25 m² of comfortable space for up to 4 guests. Enjoy a living area with a sofa bed for 2 and a mezzanine with 2 single beds. The kitchen is well equipped, the bathroom includes a toilet, and you'll have a TV, high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, and a private barbecue. A baby bed, high chair, and storage space are available on request. The private covered terrace (20 m²) with outdoor furniture is perfect for al fresco meals and relaxing moments. The shared garden offers extra outdoor space and sun loungers for your stay. Picnics are allowed in the garden. Street parking is available. Up to 2 pets are welcome. Parties are not allowed. The studio is close to public transport and just a few minutes’ walk from the beach. Please leave the apartment clean and in the same condition as you found it at the end of your stay. Located in the village of Chéray, only 5 minutes’ walk from shops (pharmacy, bakery, newsagent) and the daily market. Sables Vignier beach is about 2.5 km away and easily reached by bike thanks to the island’s many cycle paths. A free shuttle runs to the beach in July and August. Please note: bed linen and towels are not provided. The studio is not air-conditioned; a fan and a vacuum cleaner can be provided on request.
